Our lets commenced during May 08. 

 

Prices range from £500 per week in the low season to £1050 per week in high season and include the first £30 of electricity/gas.

The accommodation is available from 4 pm on the arrival day (Saturday). The house must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure. It may be possible, circumstances permitting for special arrangements to be agreed.

A 25% deposit is payable on booking together with a refundable £100 “good housekeeping” bond. This bond will be refunded in full within 2 weeks subject to customers leaving the accommodation in the same condition as their arrival. 

 

Well behaved pets are welcomed by arrangement at £15 per week.
