Excellent comfortable house with great facilities and couldn't believe the space inside and out which was great for adults and children alike. Everything you needed to make a great holiday - just the place to relax and enjoy the views.

I speak for myself and all of my group who spent the weekend at Stronefield when i say we had a fantastic time there, the views were stunning as was the house ! we would fully reccomend it to anyone & we would go back anytime. The pictures do not do the cottage justice as it is much bigger inside than you would assume. 5 out of 5 from all of us.

"All in all we had a lovely time and the service has been excellent, right down to the welcome bottle of locally labelled wine. The house far surpasses the description and photos on the website and feels very much like a home from home. The boys thoroughly enjoyed the fishing in the area and were most impressed when even their dad managed to catch some ! "

"As a group of 8, we stayed at Stronefield Cottage at the end of May 2008. We could not have asked for a better break. The cottage was clean, modern and spacious. Whilst there we wanted for nothing. It boasted a fully equipped kitchen, a relaxing lounge area with magnificent views, all situated in a sleepy picturesque village filled with culture and good local amenities. If you want somewhere to stay that is that little bit more special, this is for you! Many thanks! Cannot wait to return!!"
